IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement (“License”) is a legal agreement between the user/organization (“User" or "Organization”) and JAMARDA Resources, Inc. for permission to use its Cultural, Ethnic and Religious Online Reference Manual© (“online manual”) individually or on a site or corporate intranet system.

By purchasing a license to the online manual, the user agrees to be bound by the terms of this license. If the user does not agree to the terms of this License, do not upload any data to your system, use or copy this manual.

  • The purchaser of the Cultural, Ethnic and Religious Online Reference Manual© ("online manual") hereby agrees that the use of this manual is restricted to the specified site(s).

  • The purchaser is also aware that any of the files included in this manual may not be altered in any way. 

  • Distribution of any part of these files or their contents outside the specific Agreement is ABSOLUTELY RESTRICTED unless written permission is obtained from the publisher, JAMARDA Resources, Inc. 

  • The online manual is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Violation of this licensing agreement is an infringement and a federal offense. All title and copyrights on the manual are owned by JAMARDA Resources, Inc. Therefore, the organization must treat the manual like any other copyrighted material.

  • Licenses are available in two types: single user or corporate intranet license. Corporate intranet license pricing is determined by the number of employees in the health care system who have access to the intranet system (including outside offices and off-site personnel).

  • The online manual is for use by the specified licensed user or organization and is not transferable. Any current employee of the licensed site may use the online manual. 

  • The online manual is licensed to the individual or organization. Employees within an organization who own an individual single user license may not use the software after employment is terminated.

  • The single user license does not include branch locations, external consultants or affiliated organizations such as institutes, centers, etc.

  • The online manual may not be duplicated and distributed, nor may the license be sold or transferred.
